Return to the Elements is a small, intimate retreat in the mountains of Atenas, Costa Rica, created for anyone who needs space to step away, breathe, and reconnect.
Each day will be inspired by one of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Through yoga, breath-work, meditation, nature, and rest, we will explore the qualities each element can awaken within us. Our experiences will include waterfalls, Poás Volcano, Costa Rica’s coffee country, massage, acupuncture, and a vey special Sound Healing session.
This is not a retreat filled with early mornings and a packed itinerary. There will be movement and adventure, but also slow breakfasts, open afternoons, quiet moments, and time to simply enjoy where you are. Come as you are and return home feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected.
