We’re excited to welcome Krista Shirley back to the Space Coast for a special morning of Ashtanga practice and study at Love + Wellness Collective.
Krista brings years of dedicated practice and teaching, along with a deep understanding of body mechanics and a precise, intelligent approach to movement. Her ability to see the individual practitioner and translate complex movement into clear, practical guidance makes studying with her a unique experience.
We’ll begin with Mysore-Style Ashtanga from 8–10 AM, Practice the portion of the Ashtanga sequence you have learned while receiving individualized instruction based on your body, experience, and current practice.
After a short break, we’ll continue with a Backbend Asana Lab from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, taking a deeper look at the mechanics of back-bending through mobility, strength, alignment, preparation and technique. Explore how the pelvis, legs, breath, spine, and shoulders work together to create backbends that feel organized and supported.
This is designed as a complete workshop experience, and registration includes both sessions. Participants are expected to attend the full morning.
